Carissa escalated to local fame at only ten years old when she became the youngest person to sing the National Anthem for the Boston Bruins.
By eleven, she already sang as the opening act for the legendary soul singer Percy Sledge.
She has performed at numerous feasts, festivals, theaters, and venues around New England.
If you haven't seen her live, you may have heard her on the radio as well as seen her on local and national television shows and in major motion pictures.
Alternatively, you may have heard her using her vocal talents for voice-overs.
Carissa graduated from Berklee College of Music with a double major in Vocal Performance and Professional Music with a minor in Drama.
Her favorite type of music to sing is soul and disco from the '60s and '70s.
